Columbia River Gorge, Oregon

I was so ready to see the mossy forests of Oregon. Columbia River Gorge has hundreds of waterfalls. Not only waterfalls, but beautiful trails to hike on. Just driving through the Gorge it was unreal.  With all the trees and plants towering on each side of the road.

Every time we saw something we wanted to shoot we would hop out and get it.

Don’t remember the name of the first waterfall we stopped at. But it was perfect light.

Latourell Falls, one of the tallest falls in the Gorge.

Multnomah Falls was the next spot. The biggest falls in the Gorge 620 feet!

Multnomah Falls is so big it has a view area for the upper falls.

We also did a one mile long hike straight up to get to the top of Upper Multnomah Falls. One mile isn’t far but when you are going straight up it feels a lot longer.

Elowah Falls was the next spot on the list. The hike there was even amazing.

When we turned the corner to see the falls I was amazed, Elowah is for sure my favorite of the trip. The whole area is so mossy. I love it.

The rocks were massive, made Hunter look super small.

The last waterfall of the day was Horsetail Falls. The sun nearly was set so it gave us perfect light.

The Gorge is amazing, we weren’t able to go to even of fration of all the things you can see. Until next time!
